Great hotel, friendly staff. Convenient subway entrance nearby. Clean room with comfortable bed. Nice sauna and wellness department. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Secure and convenient parking. Family-friendly with kids area. Central location with nearby restaurants.

I recently had a pleasant stay at Novotel in Hamburg. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with plenty of plugs for electronic devices. The fitness studio, although small, was well-maintained and cute. I didn't try the sauna or Hamam, but they appeared to be very clean.
I did have one negative experience at the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby was cold.

Located right by the underground station, this hotel provides easy access to the city's main attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with charging ports. The bathrooms are spotless, and the staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. The bar and restaurant offer high-quality food and drinks, and the service is excellent.
The hotel could improve the variety of toiletries provided in the rooms, ensuring that they are replenished without guests having to ask.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a bustling area with office buildings on the busy crossroads. It was incredibly convenient to have the UBahn right there, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel also had excellent facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, which provided a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
I was disappointed to find that there was no food service or room service available after 2100hrs. This was especially inconvenient as I returned from a concert late at night and was hoping for a late-night snack.

Convenient location near U-Bahn, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Subway right outside for easy access to all attractions. Lovely stay.
